Program and Project Management

Program and Project Management is the discipline which mainly requires planning, organizing, securing, and managing resources in a adequate way to achieve specific goals. It entails developing a project plan, which includes defining and confirming the project goals and objectives, identifying tasks and how goals will be achieved, quantifying the resources needed, and determining budgets and timelines for completion.

Enrolment Process

The interested candidates have to apply to IACT for enrolling in the e-learning programme. IACT will forward the details of candidate’s application to the concerned course coordinator, who will further review the eligibility criteria on individual basis. The course coordinator reserves the right to decline the candidature of any applicant whose eligibility criteria is not at par as per the requirements of the course.

If the candidature is accepted, then the applicants would be asked by IACT to enroll themselves for the programme through IACT. The candidates must complete the course, required assignments, term-project, etc as communicated by the faculty or as contained in the course material. On successful completion of these requirements candidates would be awarded a certificate from CDTE, IIT Kanpur.

IIT Faculty Support

The programmes have been developed by the course coordinator fromIIT Kanpur and are designed for delivery over the Internet. The online learning content is supported by detailed voice-based explanation of the concepts, accessible to the candidates through their login ID and password. Additionally, IACT will enable for the candidates query support from the course coordinator through email and on-line chat sessions.

Eligibility Criteria

The course is meant for Engineering and Management professionals or students pursuing post graduation studies. Minimum qualification is graduation or diploma from a recognized University/Institute. However, the course coordinator reserves the final decision to accept the candidature of the applicants or to reject it.
